Celebrate the flavours and stories of a Persian New Year lunch with chef Mandana Moghaddam +BYOB! Stories On Our Plate (SOOP) warmly invites you to SOOP's monthly food and storytelling series, showcasing this month Iranian cook and teacher Mandana Moghaddam of CookwithMandana.
You will become immersed in the flavours and stories of Mandana's Iranian heritage with a celebration of 'Nowruz' Persian New Year. Expect a late lunch of storytelling, interactive materials, and personal scrumptious dishes. You will also hear more about SOOP's work from across the organisation and its approach to food in day-to-day life.
This is a unique menu of Iranian cookery featuring recipes of 'Nowruz' Persian New Year from Mandana's culinary heritage. Born in Tehran, Mandana resettled in the U.K. over 30 years ago, and in recent years has championed her Iranian culinary heritage through regular cooking classes in her home and pop-up restaurants. Hear the personal stories that form part of Mandana's Iranian culinary heritage.
SOOP has partnered with the London Cooking Project. As a unique supper club space, the LCP offers an intimate feel with an open plan kitchen. This is a venue not to miss out on!
