Indulge in a beautiful 4-course Italian supper cooked for you by Alice Staple from Alice's Kitchen and Dominique Goltinger, previously Bistro Bruno Loubet and Grain Store.

Alice Staple trained at Leith's School of Food and Wine in 1999 and has travelled and cooked her way around Italy since. It was here that she learned the importance of seasonality, the quality of the produce and the strength of flavours both of these provide.

Sourcing at farmer’s markets and focusing on seasonal ingredients, her organic, rustic presentation reflects and pays homage to the origins of the ingredients she chooses.

London Cooking Project is an exciting new private social enterprise in Battersea that works to provide opportunities to develop and nurture young talent in the field and is committed to benefitting the local community.

We have created a beautifully unique kitchen space in an old ice factory that is home to some of the country's top chefs. We also have a gorgeous dining area that seats up to 48 people so you can sit and watch our chefs in action.

The London Cooking Project runs a variety of events, supper clubs, pop ups and cookery classes that anyone with a passion for food can get involved in. The funding from these activities, along with the kitchen hire and venue hire for film and photoshoots, is injected back into community and charity projects based around food.
